Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a sophisticated movement system designed to activate almost every element in the body – muscles, connective tissue, nervous system, circulatory and lymphatic systems, and more. Practicing Tai Chi can increase flexibility, strength, balance and energy. It relaxes the nervous system and so mental tension is released, a basic prerequisite for health and longevity. These benefits alone make Tai Chi an ideal exercise, either as a primary practice or as an addition to other exercise programs.
