Yogurt with muesli

On a mountain rotunda, breakfast starts early but ends just before noon. This muesli bowl accompanies all the discussions and the best of memories.

  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 300 g milk (alternatively oat milk or another vegan milk)
  • 100 g various nuts (crushed)
  • 2 apples (grated)
  • 300 g yogurt (alternatively coconut yogurt or another vegan yogurt)
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey


  • Overnight, soak the flakes and raisins in the milk.
  • In the morning, mash the raspberries with a fork, stirring with the honey.
  • Add the flakes, nuts, and yogurt.
  • Ready!


You can add flaxseed and chia seeds. Prefer milled or crushed options and soak them overnight together with the flakes.
