Yogurt with muesli
On a mountain rotunda, breakfast starts early but ends just before noon. This muesli bowl accompanies all the discussions and the best of memories.
Ingredients
- 60 g oat flakes
- 300 g milk (alternatively oat milk or another vegan milk)
- 100 g various nuts (crushed)
- 2 apples (grated)
- 300 g yogurt (alternatively coconut yogurt or another vegan yogurt)
- 3 tbsp raisins
- 125 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Overnight, soak the flakes and raisins in the milk.
- In the morning, mash the raspberries with a fork, stirring with the honey.
- Add the flakes, nuts, and yogurt.
- Ready!
Notes
You can add flaxseed and chia seeds. Prefer milled or crushed options and soak them overnight together with the flakes.
