When I was little, on the first day of every month, I used to write a list of things I wanted to accomplish in the upcoming year: eat healthier, achieve good grades by the end of the school year, and excel in my sports activities.
Even though my expectations were modest, I set ambitious goals. These lists helped me channel my energy effectively, as they served as a daily reminder of my priorities.
For many years, I had stopped this practice.
However, this year, I decided to resume making my list.
Happy New Year! I hope that each and every one of your goals, whether they are big or small, becomes a reality.
