When I was little, every first of the month I used to write my list of things I wanted to do in the new year: eat better, finish the school year with good grades, excel in my sport activity.
Even though my expectations were small, I set comprehensive goals. These lists helped me channel my energy correctly, as they served as a daily reminder of my priorities.
For many years, I had stopped doing it.
But this year, I decided to make my list again.
