Fruit smoothie with seasonings

A refreshing smoothie full of vitamins. Add the two spices that are also super foods, providing extra energy and strengthening the immune system.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup frozen apricots
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 250 g orange juice
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tbsp ginger powder
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Mix all the ingredients in the blender on high speed for 30 seconds.

Notes

Keep aside a few pieces of frozen fruit to decorate your smoothie.
