Fruit smoothie with seasonings
A refreshing smoothie full of vitamins. Add the two spices that are also super foods, providing extra energy and strengthening the immune system.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen apricots
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 250 g orange juice
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric
- 1/4 tbsp ginger powder
- 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender on high speed for 30 seconds.
Notes
Keep aside a few pieces of frozen fruit to decorate your smoothie.
