Rice paper roll with salmon

This is an easy and delicious recipe and is perfect to enjoy while standing. The freshness of the salmon and herbs along with the creaminess of the guacamole are elegantly rolled into one unforgettable bite.

Ingredients

55 gr salmon

1 rice paper

1 lettuce leaf

1 cucumber cut julienne

1 teaspoon of guacamole

1 spearmint leaf

1 basil leaf

1 coriander leaf

Instuctions

Dip the rice paper into a gastronorm filled with water and place it on a dry surface.

In the center of the rice paper place 1 lettuce leaf.

Place on top of it the salmon, 2 cucumber sticks, guacamole, mint, basil and coriander.

Wrap it into a roll and cut it carefully in half.

Useful Tips

Add a few drops of fresh lemon juice over the salmon before rolling the wrap to add a touch of acidity and enhance the flavors.
