Dip the rice paper into a gastronorm filled with water and place it on a dry surface.
In the center of the rice paper place 1 lettuce leaf.
Place on top of it the salmon, 2 cucumber sticks, guacamole, mint, basil and coriander.
Wrap it into a roll and cut it carefully in half.
Add a few drops of fresh lemon juice over the salmon before rolling the wrap to add a touch of acidity and enhance the flavors.
