Hummus with tahini

The greatest hummus is Chef Christoforos Peskias’. Fragrant with a wonderful texture, this hummus is a healthy snack that can be accompanied by seasonal vegetables.

  • 500 g chickpeas boiled with their juices
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 lemons squeezed
  • 125 g tahini
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp cumin


  • In a blender, blend all the ingredients together for 3 minutes
  • Add little chickpea juice so that the puree is not too thick
