Hummus with tahini
The greatest hummus is Chef Christoforos Peskias’. Fragrant with a wonderful texture, this hummus is a healthy snack that can be accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
Ingredients
- 500 g chickpeas boiled with their juices
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2-3 lemons squeezed
- 125 g tahini
- 100 ml olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp cumin
Instructions
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients together for 3 minutes
- Add little chickpea juice so that the puree is not too thick
