In a bowl, whisk the 2 eggs until combined. Then, add coconut milk and dried coconut, and mix all the ingredients together.
Next, place the slices of bread into the mixture one by one, until they are fully coated.
Heat the pan over medium heat and warm it up.
After greasing the pan with coconut butter, add the coated bread slices one by one, making sure they soak up enough of the mixture inside. Flip them with a spatula, until they acquire a nice, golden-brown color.
Serve with maple syrup, fruits and coconut flakes or alternatively with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
